ELITE LADIES CLUB · RETREAT DAY

Take one day off and go nowhere. From a deep morning session to a gentle evening finish, with tea, a light lunch and proper quiet in between — by the end of the day, body and brain are back to factory settings.

A sample schedule

  1. Morning: Balinese or full-body care to take off the first half of the fatigue
  2. Midday: tea and a light lunch, sitting quietly with nothing to rush to
  3. Afternoon: the core session — the Yoni private ritual or the sensory ritual
  4. Evening: scalp relaxation and a light finish, with a little empty time before home

What's included

  • A full-day schedule of 3–4 sessions, sequenced by the concierge around your state
  • Tea and a light lunch included (by city)
  • One space all day — no moving, no re-settling
  • Solo, or side by side with a friend on her own retreat day (see Girls’ Weekend)

Run by your concierge

A retreat day fits three moments best: after a big project lands, in your birthday month, or when you can feel that not resting is about to become a problem.

Questions

Is that many sessions in one day tiring?

The schedule is mostly space: midday and every gap between sessions is rest. The concierge paces intensity, with a single core session in the afternoon.

Can I bring a book — or my laptop?

A book, gladly. The laptop, honestly, no. The day has one rule: no work.

Do weekdays work?

Yes — and they book more easily. Pick the date with the concierge a few days ahead.
