Private Bookings & Cancellations
Confirmed bookings may reserve private time and resources that are unavailable to other guests. Service scope, price and cancellation terms are shown before payment. No blanket free-rescheduling privilege applies. Statutory rights remain intact if service cannot be delivered or a refund is otherwise legally required.
Payments
Authorized staff may add secure HTTPS payment links or record verified in-person payments. A payment link is not proof of payment; staff verify funds received before confirming a transaction.
Gifts & Diamond Companions
Gifts can be linked only to registered member numbers. Diamond companions must accept their invitations and terms themselves. The primary member may see invitation status, not another person’s private service or payment history.
Information Security
We collect only necessary membership and booking details. We do not store complete payment card numbers or security codes. Members can change passwords and request a one-time email reset where enabled, and may exercise applicable privacy rights.
Promotions
Two separate qualifying paid visits within seven days can unlock a complimentary third visit, subject to the published price cap. Complimentary, split multi-day and refunded transactions do not qualify. Validity and booking limits are disclosed before redemption.
