ELITE LADIES CLUB · RETREAT DAY × QUIET REST
A regular retreat day packs in three or four sessions. This version lowers the density and keeps one core: Quiet Rest. The lights are low, the blanket is warm, and there is nothing you have to complete — drift off, wake for tea, let the light sessions thread quietly through the empty hours. What comes back first is sleep; the rest of you follows.
A sample schedule
- Arrive in the morning: warm tea, phone on silent and put away, robe on — sit in the quiet for a while first
- One light morning session to open: shoulders, neck and scalp, light pressure and a slow pace that pushes you toward drowsy
- Late morning into afternoon, the Quiet Rest core: lights down, blanket on, gentle touch alternating with long empty stretches — if you fall asleep, nobody wakes you
- Evening, one light finish: warm tea and a small bite, with empty time left before you head home — the day is not handed back in a hurry
What's included
- Just two light sessions plus the Quiet Rest core across the whole day; most of the schedule is deliberately empty
- The quiet rule holds all day: low voices, few questions, every touch as written in the confirmation — communication kept to the minimum you chose
- Tea and a light meal as confirmed (by city); extra naps and longer rests can be adjusted on the day
- Solo, or side by side with a friend on her own quiet day, undisturbed (see Girls’ Weekend)
Run by your concierge
This day fits three moments: after a long stretch with no real stop, when poor sleep has become the norm, or when you simply want to disappear for a day. Give the concierge the date; she will guard the quiet.
Questions
Can I really go the whole day without talking?
Yes. Preferences and boundaries are written into the confirmation first, and on-site communication is kept to the least possible — a nod or a shake of the head is enough at the few check-in points.
If I fall asleep, will I be woken for the next session?
No. The schedule is built empty-first; if you are asleep, sessions slide or merge. On this day, sleep outranks the program.
How is this different from the regular retreat day?
The regular version is a combination day of three to four sessions. This one keeps only light care and the rest core — lower density, more empty space, made for when you are too tired for anything louder.
