A team day does not have to mean a bar tab and trust falls. Give the women on your team one real session each, with tea, small bites and unhurried talk in between — polished, comfortable, and everyone recharged the next morning.

A sample schedule

1. 1–3 weeks ahead, the organiser sets headcount, budget tier and the day’s framework with the concierge
2. On the day: members take signature sessions in staggered waves; the waiting space is the tea table with light catering
3. Mid-day option: a 20-minute group breathing and stretch session (by city)
4. To close: every member receives her own preference card, ready to use for a personal booking

Questions

Can male colleagues join?

The club welcomes women members and women guests only. For thanking male colleagues, the concierge can suggest formats that work better elsewhere.

Will members’ details be shared within the group?

Never. Each member’s bookings and preferences are visible only to her and the concierge; the organiser sees the schedule and the headcount.

Does everyone need membership first?

Event guests are covered by the organiser’s confirmation. Anyone who wants to return personally applies for membership after.
