From the moment you arrive until the moment you leave, you do not lift a finger. Someone attends you as you change, someone bathes you, and after the treatment comes a second bath, a hair wash, a blow-out and dressing — an all-female team of attendants does every step for you, one by one. The only thing asked of you is to lie back, breathe, and speak: slower if you want slower, stop whenever you want to stop.
This full attendant line takes the bathing-attendant tradition of the Turkish hammam as its skeleton and the delicacy of Japanese attendant care as its flesh: warm water, foam, heated stone, scent, and pair after pair of steady hands, taking "being looked after" as far as it can go. For the main treatment you choose one core — the Signature Yoni Retreat, Nuru, or Balinese deep pressure — and the whole journey runs about 180 minutes.

When you book, the concierge confirms everything with you item by item: which core treatment you want, your preferences for water temperature and pressure, and the boundaries of every step — the scope of the attendant bath, what may be touched and what may not — all of it written into your preference file first. The attendants are all women; before any step begins, it is confirmed aloud, and at any point you may skip a step, adjust it, or call a stop.
When you are so tired that even a shower feels like work; before a big day, when you want to hand yourself over, head to toe, to professional hands; or simply to experience it once — three hours in which you have to do nothing, and think of nothing.

Nine steps, one unbroken flow: two baths around the main treatment, a hair wash and scalp finish, and at the end someone has even laid your clothes ready for you — you walk out renewed from the very ends of your hair.
A MOMENT MADE YOURS
Coat, shoes, jewelry — each is received and put away for you; your robe is held at hand, and as you change, an attendant is beside you to support and shield you. No bending, no reaching — even your hair is gathered up for you first.
Sit down first, with a cup of tea at exactly the right temperature. Your attendant walks you softly through what comes next: bath, then treatment, then bath again, then hair — every step can be changed, and every step can be declined.
Warm water is poured slowly over your shoulders, the foam whipped fine, washing you clean from back to legs, a little at a time. The attendant-bath technique descends from the hammam: you lie or sit, and the water and the hands find every corner on their own.
Soak in hot water until your fingertips soften, or rest on a heated stone slab in the steam. The heat opens the skin, and half the tension you have carried for so long lets go right here.
The heart of the journey: the treatment you chose — the private stillness of the Yoni retreat, the warm closeness of Nuru, or the deep pressure of Bali. The attendant's hands are steady and slow, and the pace is always yours.
After the treatment, into the bath again: warm water rinses away oil and the sheen of the session, and a gentle second wash sets a clean full stop to the whole experience. At this moment your skin is at its smoothest — and its most sensitive.
Your hair is washed as you lie back: fingertips working slowly across the scalp, foam carried away with the water; conditioning, then a spell of scalp relaxation — many guests say this is the part they least want to end, even more than the main treatment.
Hair blown half-dry and smoothed, clothes handed back to you piece by piece; if you wish, an attendant helps you into them and fastens the last button for you. The face in the mirror has softened eyes.
At last, back to the tea table: a cup of hot tea, a small bite, and time without a clock. Your preference file is updated now — next time, every step will fit you even better than this one did.
