1. 3–7 days ahead: a deep reset (Balinese care or the evening retreat) to clear accumulated fatigue
2. The night before: the Yoni private ritual or Nuru-inspired care at a slower pace, so you sleep a full night
3. The morning of: a light finishing session — shoulders, neck, complexion, overall ease
4. One confirmation for everything: times, services and preferences in writing, nothing left to coordinate

How far ahead should I get in touch?

One to two weeks is ideal. With only three days left it still works — the concierge builds the most practical version for the time there is.

Will a morning session interfere with hair and makeup?

The morning session is a light finish only — no facial oils, nothing stimulating — and your confirmation leaves full room for hair and makeup time.

Can my friends prepare with me?

Yes. Group schedules are staggered by the concierge so nobody waits, and everyone keeps her own private space.
