Seven days before: a gentle body checklist

A wedding, a gala, a photo shoot, the presentation of the year — the moment the date is set, the countdown can start. Not an anxious sprint: seven days laid out as one comfortable list.

Seven days before: a gentle body checklist

Days 7–5: clear the fatigue first

Book the deep reset here: Balinese or full-body care, to clear most of the stored-up tiredness. Skip any new high-intensity training this week — a sore body cannot hide from a camera.

Start moving sleep earlier now: phone down thirty minutes sooner each night. Seventy percent of “state” is sleep.

Days 4–2: build the glow

The signature session goes here: the Yoni private ritual or Nuru-inspired care, focused on neck, shoulders, back and an overall looseness. There is still buffer before the day, so pressure can be normal — the pace just slows down.

Eat lightly, but do not diet. A hungry face never photographs well; the camera is the most honest witness in the room.

The night before: one job only

Sleep a full night. At most, one light evening-retreat session ending before ten; phone off at ten; everything you will wear laid out tonight.

Most nerves come from “I’ll deal with it tomorrow”. When every box on the list is ticked, the heart settles on its own.

The morning of: a light finish

A short, light finishing session — no facial oils, nothing stimulating. Leave full room for hair and makeup, and have every time written on the confirmation in advance: on the day, your only job is to arrive beautiful, not to coordinate anyone.

That is the end of the seven-day list: not forcing perfection, just arriving steady.
