30 Questions Women Ask Us — Answered Straight

The brand: what this place is

What exactly is Elite Ladies Club? Is it really women-only?

It is a private, women-only spa club in the United States, run on membership, for guests aged 21 and over. The core is sensual, private care — Nuru-inspired care, the Yoni private ritual, Balinese private spa and the fully attended Attendant Journey — all of it non-medical relaxation care. Men are not received, and that has not changed since day one.

Why do I have to apply and be screened? What does screening check?

Screening happens once and confirms two things: that you are who you say you are, and that you are a woman coming in good faith. Nothing unnecessary is collected; your details are used only for screening and your preference file, and are never passed on. Screening is not a barrier — it is the guarantee that the room you walk into is a quiet, clean, women-only circle.

I am not a member yet. Can I book, and how do I start?

Yes — enquire first, join after: a text or a WhatsApp message with your city, your date and the mood you want is enough to start. An enquiry is not a booking; every booking stands on a written confirmation that sets out the service, duration, price and cancellation terms in one place. You pay after confirming, and the scope never changes on the day.

How is this different from a regular spa or massage studio?

A regular spa sells treatments; here you are given a stretch of time that is entirely yours — a private space, one-to-one care, and a pace you set. Your pressure, scent, water temperature and the steps you do not want are recorded in a preference file, so you never have to explain yourself twice. And one more difference: you can stop anything, at any moment — and stopped means stopped.

How is my privacy protected? What goes into the preference file?

The file holds only care-related notes: pressure, scent, water temperature, pace, and the steps you like or dislike. No unnecessary personal data is kept, full card numbers are never stored, and your care records are shown to no one else — including the friend who referred you. You may ask to see or delete your information at any time.

Do you have a physical location I can walk into?

There is no public walk-in location. The city pages on this site are enquiry and planning guides, not a claim of a branch in every city; the actual setting is verified for your city and date during confirmation and written into your confirmation. That is deliberate: every meeting happens only at the agreed time, in the agreed place.

The services: what each one is

What is Nuru-inspired care? Will I feel awkward the first time?

Nuru-inspired care comes from a Japanese sensory tradition: warm gel over the body and slow, close, full-body strokes that work the tension out layer by layer. It is one of the club's most requested services — slow-paced, generous in contact, made for an evening when you want to let go completely. Feeling nervous the first time is entirely normal; the scope and pace are agreed before anything begins, and nothing starts without your yes.

What is the Yoni private ritual, and where are its boundaries?

It is the club's signature: a private ritual centred on feminine privacy, warmth and an unhurried pace, whose point is the feeling of being carefully attended to — not any medical effect. The boundaries are confirmed item by item beforehand: what happens, what does not, and where it stops all go into your preferences. Say stop at any point and it stops immediately, no reason required.

Balinese or Daoist beauty wellness — what is the difference, and which should I pick?

The Balinese private spa uses warm oils and long, flowing strokes in a tropical mood — choose it when you want to be wrapped in warmth and sleep through the session. Daoist beauty wellness draws on a Chinese upkeep tradition, with a collected pace built for regular maintenance — choose it when care is going into your standing schedule. Still unsure, tell us how the day left you — wired or drained — and we recommend by your state, not by price.

What does the Attendant Journey include, and why 180 minutes?

It is the flagship: assisted changing, a warm tea to set the order, a first attended bath, a steam soak, the main care, a second bath, a scalp and hair wash, assisted dressing and blow-out, and a closing tea — nine steps, attended throughout, with nothing for you to do yourself. The 180 minutes are not treatments stretched thin; they leave every step unhurried — long enough to soak, to sleep, to slow down. It suits a first visit when you want the complete experience, or an afternoon you mean to give yourself properly.

It is my first visit. Which service is the safest choice?

With no preference either way, start with a 90-minute classic combination: long enough to shed the day's fatigue, short enough to carry no pressure. If embarrassment is the worry, choose the lighter-contact steps first, keep the pace slow, and go further only once you have settled in. The one choice to avoid is picking what someone else praised — only you know the state your body is in that day.

Can you fix my insomnia or shoulder pain, or help me lose weight?

No, and we never promise that: everything here is non-medical relaxation care: nothing is diagnosed, treated, detoxed or slimmed. Many guests tell us they sleep deeply the night after and their shoulders feel loose; that is what relaxation does, and it does not replace a doctor. For a specific symptom or condition, see a clinician first, and treat a visit here as rest alongside it.

Occasions: when to come

How should I plan care before a wedding or a big occasion?

Occasion preparation is normally planned 3–7 days ahead: the arrival evening sheds the fatigue, the night before carries the main care, and the morning itself gets only a gentle finish. One written confirmation runs the whole plan — dates, services and times set out once, with nothing for you to chase. Bachelorette groups follow the same logic: book the night-before session first; everything else is decoration.

Can I book a girls' weekend together? Same room or separate?

Yes — a girls' weekend is one of the most loved occasions here. The default is separate private spaces with separate paces, and a shared pause in the middle for tea and talk; if you want to stay together throughout, say so early and we verify it against the setting and write it into the confirmation. Each guest's services are priced separately and listed separately — never merged into one vague sum.

Can I bring my mother?

Very welcome — mother-and-daughter visits have their own arrangement. An older guest's pace is slower still, and her pressure, water temperature and steps are confirmed for her own state, never copied from a younger guest's plan. Often the daughter takes the main care while her mother takes the gentle session, and they meet over tea afterwards — the tea, guests tell us, is frequently the part remembered longest.

Can you arrange care on the evening I land from a business trip?

Yes — the arrival night is designed for exactly that: timed around your flight, built to unload travel fatigue and lead into sleep, never overfilled. Booking works the usual way: send your city, date and landing time, and the confirmation comes back once the setting is verified. If you travel often, your preference file travels with you, so no new city ever needs the whole explanation again.

I carry a lot of work stress. How should I arrange care?

A single session handles an emergency; what actually works is putting care on the calendar — that is the maintenance cycle: a fixed rhythm, monthly or quarterly, rotating the signature services. A fixed rhythm means your body stops starting from zero each time, and the person caring for you remembers how your state has shifted, picking up where the last session ended. Add one extra session in a rough month, then return to the rhythm when the season eases.

I want one quiet day away from everyone. How does that work?

That is the solo retreat day: one service day that begins with morning tea and rotates care, rest, a light meal and doing nothing, with no one unnecessary around. No companion is needed, no one's schedule has to align, and your phone can stay on silent throughout. Most guests come for the sentence “nobody can reach me today” — on that day, the only thing you have to answer to is your own sleepiness.

Areas and languages: where you are, what you speak

Which Los Angeles areas can be arranged?

Los Angeles is the club's most established city, with its own area guides: Beverly Hills, Glendale, Koreatown and the San Gabriel Valley each have an arrangement page. Choose an area by where you are coming from and the mood you want, not by which sounds grander. The exact setting is verified at confirmation, and the address goes into your confirmation only — it is never published.

Can I book while travelling to Las Vegas, Miami or New York?

Yes — the site carries guides for 20 U.S. cities, including Las Vegas, San Francisco, Miami, New York and San Diego, and travel enquiries are welcome. One thing to hold clearly: a city page is a planning guide, not a storefront — each city is verified by date for setting and availability, and only what can truly be arranged goes into a confirmation. Enquire a few days ahead and the scheduling stays relaxed.

What if English is not my first language? Which languages do you support?

The site is published in Chinese, English, Korean, Spanish, Japanese and Russian, and your first enquiry is welcome in your own language. The important preferences — pressure, scent, boundaries — are confirmed in writing, item by item, never left to gestures on the day, so language never becomes a hole in your boundaries. Writing down what you want and sending it ahead is far steadier than bracing yourself to explain it in person.

What do Chinese-speaking guests worry about most at first enquiry?

Three questions come up most: whether anyone they know could find out, whether they can stop mid-session, and whether their preferences can be stated clearly in Chinese. All three have standing answers: membership plus screening keeps the circle private, stopping is a written-in right, and preferences are confirmed in writing in Chinese. Asking in detail is nothing to be shy about — the more precisely you ask, the steadier the first visit usually is.

Guests come from different cultures. How are different habits handled?

We presume nothing about any culture's preferences — we do not assume; we record. Each guest's scent, contact scope, music or silence is filed exactly as she states it, and the next visit follows the file. Cultural difference fails on “I thought you'd like it”, so the rule here is simple: anything not yet said gets asked first.

My city is not on your list. What can I do?

Send the city and date anyway — we check against actual resources and give you a definite answer. If it can be arranged, it goes through the normal confirmation flow; if it cannot, we say so plainly instead of leaving you with an open-ended “we'll see”. The 20 listed cities are the main coverage, but an enquiry always costs nothing — asking obliges you to no one.

Process and rules: money and terms, up front

What is the full booking process? Does an enquiry count as a booking?

Four steps: state your preferences, the setting is verified, you read the written confirmation, then you pay. An enquiry is only asking — it is not a booking, and it never triggers a charge. Every booking stands on its written confirmation: service, duration, price and cancellation terms are all on it, and until it reaches you, nothing is booked.

How does pricing work, and where can I see all of it?

Prices for 60 to 180 minutes and for a full day are all public on the pricing page, listed tier by tier from a short rest to a full three-hour session. Every booking includes the welcome tea, the preference confirmation, the full care session and quiet rest time afterwards — there are no hidden charges. Multi-day journeys, maintenance cycles and occasion preparation are quoted privately around your schedule, with every amount set out before payment and nothing proceeding without your nod.

Something came up. How do cancellation and rescheduling work?

Cancellation and rescheduling follow the terms on your own confirmation — and before you pay, those terms are shown to you alongside the price. There is no universal free-rescheduling privilege here, which is exactly why telling us early matters: the earlier we know, the more room there is to work with. With the confirmation in your hand, the rules sit in plain sight; no new version appears later.

Halfway through, I want to stop or change a step. Can I?

At any time: stopping needs no reason, and afterwards — ending there, resting before continuing, or switching to a gentler step — is yours to decide again. You may also request or change your attendant in advance or on the day; we coordinate by schedule and update your preference file with what was learned. Your “no” carries exactly the same weight as your “yes” here.

How do I pay? Could I be charged automatically?

Only after you confirm does a secure payment link reach you, with every amount itemised before you pay. Sending an enquiry, browsing prices or saving a page creates no charge of any kind. The club never stores your full card number, and whether a payment has truly arrived is checked against real receipts — never against a screenshot.

What do I get for referring a friend?

When a friend you referred completes her first qualifying visit, you receive the same service free once, plus a $100 credit — the two are issued together. New members have a welcome of their own: complete two separate qualifying visits within 7 days of joining and a third visit may be free, subject to a cap and the offer terms. All issued credits and gifts are valid for 30 days from issue, and whether offers combine is settled by the confirmation and your member record.
