How is Diamond membership earned?
One qualifying package of seven or more days can grant Diamond privileges for twelve months. Companion benefits still require review and the recipient’s consent.

Can everyone see every package price?
Prices for 60–180-minute sessions and the one-day experience are public. Package amounts for longer than one day are only visible to eligible VIP and Diamond members. The concierge confirms exact inclusions and charges before payment.

Is a submitted request a confirmed booking?
No. A concierge must check dates, qualifications, venue rules, service scope and the formal quote before confirming an accepted booking.

After an eligible paid booking is actually completed, the referrer may receive a same-service complimentary experience and a $100 credit against a later paid booking, in addition to existing A/B rules. Limits and conditions apply; no cash payout.
