Submit your preferred dates. Your concierge confirms availability and the final price before a booking is secured.
Can Elite members view multi-day pricing?
Prices for sessions up to one day are public. Amounts for longer packages are restricted to eligible VIP and Diamond members.
Can I give an experience as a gift?
Yes. The recipient must register and confirm the gift using their four-digit member number.
Is concierge messaging available 24 hours?
VIP and Diamond members can send requests any time. Live 24-hour replies are not guaranteed.
Are bookings refundable?
Applicable cancellation terms are disclosed before payment; statutory refund rights remain unaffected.
